It’s an honor for us today to invite a professional sommelier from Taipei Marriott Hotel, Alex Tsai, to give us a speech!! In Taiwan, there are only 35 sommeliers. To be a sommelier, you not only need a strong background of knowledge, but also really proficient skills. Through these classes, we’ve learnt a lot of this speciality. He also performed the technique of the wine serving process. As a sommelier, Alex Tsai is a great model for us. Believing that for students who are interested in this field, you are much more closer to your dreams!!
